Small little things

Staff very friendly, food was ok a bit repetitive. entertainment, some good could be better, but ok.

Most of the sun lounges were broken, and the food very repetitive. pool was cold. could at times have more bar staff working. the hotel is looking like it needs a face lift. it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as the was no where to go to out of normal opening time to get a coffee/tea, especially late at night and early morning.

Pool great, food a little limited but good, room clean and tidy and regular clean. Only exception was young people on the hotel list arriving drunk late in early hours after a night out and losing their keys and causing a commotion . Hotel may consider limiting clientele or guests

I liked the room and the facilities.

The food was in very few options, the room terrace was not covered and, when it rained, it got filled with water. There is no carpet on the floors. We have had some loud neighbours. The terrace door was not locking properly.

We booked this stay as a last minute short break seeking sunshine. It was almost perfect and much needed. We would highl

The Hotel was immaculate. Our twin room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and food was well presented. The variety of food altered across our three night stay. Staff were very friendly and helped to meet our needs quickly. We requested a kettle and a room safe key both of which were sorted quickly. We used the spa which was fantastic, we booked ahead and during our visit there were six adults including us using the facilities. The staff in the spa were kind and very accommodating. The bar staff were very kind and went out of their way to help us. They were very busy and worked exceptionally hard despite being challenged by some guests at times!

Sadly, some of the other hotel guests were rude and noisy. Obviously this was not the hotel's fault and timing was unfortunate on our part. Hotel staff were clearly aware of the disruption and the unsociable behaviour and worked hard to meet the needs of all guests.

Good location, helpful staff, food and beddings could be better

Staff were friendly, helpful, location was great.

Food was average, there were cockroaches in dining room, beddings look very old, there were bones in some fish which was a huge hazard for my kids, as a Muslim- we didn’t have any meat options for dinner so fish were the only options, there were not much of vegetarian options as well

Nice hotel and friendly staff

The staff is very nice and friendly, the room is spacious and clean

There is not a single night where we were not woken up by drunken guests yelling in the hallways or banging on doors. The problem is not the hotel but the clientele.

Excellent value for money.! Is extremely far from costa adeje so plan accordingly

The view is absolutely breathtaking.! They gave us an upgrade which is really appreciated.! Free shuttle to the nearest town Exceptionally welcoming staff

The accommodation was clean and tidy,friendly staff. Breakfast was okay.

I did not like that there was no kettle facilities in the room and it was a walk in to the town centre.

Good place to take a rest with amazing foods

Amazingly resonable price for half-board, plus unlimited drinks(even beer) in dinner only paying 3 Euros. Breakfast and dinner buffets were so nice: delicious and a lot of variety of foods to choose, and main dish in dinner was always different everyday

Location: not 'terribly bad', though, it takes 10 minutes from bus station by walk

Very Good

There were plenty of things to do, and the food was good, not amazing, but definitely good enough. Lots of selection of different kinds of food.

The only thing that put me off booking the room I did was every morning at 7 am. I would be either woken up by people moving furniture upstairs or the bar moving kegs in the celler. Other than this, my room was lovely. I stayed in one of the Jr suits next time I would book a cheaper room in hopes I would be quiter

Very disappointed

The pool is amazing, clean and the kids loved the slide. The rooms cleaned daily and the hotel is very clean.

The food was awful. There was nothing for the kids to eat. Having stayed at many all-inclusive hotels before, we always found something for the kids to eat in the evening, but here they survived on chips. We ended up getting an Uber delivery on 3 nights, which we had to eat in our rooms as was told we couldn't eat I'm the communal areas. The rooms are so different, and we had 4 cramped into a small room. The toilet would not flush properly. The hairdryer was broken, and we had no fridge. The hotel rooms are dated and the air conditioning was old and noisy. The snack bar opening times was ridiculous, kids hungry whole holiday. Alcoholic drinks appeared very low alcohol unless you got from the top bar. The queues for the bar were long, and the staff miserable. Very poor customer service. Reception staff do not inform you of the euro per cup policy, nor do they know what's happening in regards to entertainment.

Good value for money, better than others reviews make it out to be.

This hotel has a nice pool with plenty of table, chairs and sun loungers.A free bus is offered on certain days and drops you directly into the town. It is close enough to the town for a taxi home to cost 5-7 euros. There was a wide variety of drinks available on the all inclusive package. The food was for the most part was good, you would always find something you would eat, do not expect anything too special. It was excellent value for money.

Our group struggled to get fresh towels, asking staff members on four occasions, being told yes and not receiving any towels. The bus is limited, it only runs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Can make leaving the hotel more difficult on the weekend and Wednesday. The hotel bar closes at 11 in the evening and there is nowhere to get a drink locally. If you are coming to this hotel and plan for a late evening I would recommend going into the town.
